The Importance of Acute Training
Sean: I like to think of it in terms of chronic load, like chronic training loading acute training. Chronic being the longer term smooth doubt over whatever time horizon you want and acute being like synths doubts of exercise. And they feed into each other. So on a certain amounts of chronic load,. you can't perform those acute efforts on., but the chronic loading supports those acute efforts. Sean: The most important thing then is getting it so that we're still doing a lot while able to perform at a high level throughout.
