I think it illustrates the fact that liberation is not to be found under this system. It's something totally new, with a totally different metric of success at all. And so litin my case, i don't take bricks because tass how i am,. You work longer hours. Your push yourself harder and harder. The difficulty comes in o unions have traditionally operated in the restaurant sphere - they tend to be significantly less successful in restaurants. They usually have very high twon or for people won last couple on; often employ young people who are just looking for part time or temporary employment. So it makes it difficult to create a stable union with a stable membership that can buckle down and really negotiate
