What's the Hero Journey Through It?

It's quite hard to do this in that sort of ecosystem thing, but I find blueprint a useful way of doing it. You start with the touch point in use, which is where everyone can easily imagine. And then you go, okay, how do people find out about this? How do they sign up for this thing? What happens when they expand these? HowDo they leave this service? There's lots of people are finding with Twitter right now. It's not offboarding is a very not thought through thing for all sorts of things.
