How to Slow Down Your Exhalation
Just slow your exhale down, really slow it down. If you are fearing an emotion or a feeling that has come up, i want you to do these things. Let them come. Have a better vocabulary around your feelings and emotions,. recognize and cha and your beliefs about your feelings and emotional state. And now, for to day's i don't want to be at the mercy of my emotions. I want to use them, to enjoy them and to dominate them.
