How Do You Get Your Clients to Focus on That One Word?
How do you get your clients to that singular narrative focus of that one thing even that one word what are they stand for? I mean it's through a lot of workshops and you know working with them and trying to have them help land it with us so that they're part of coming up with it. We give them a lot of examples of brands that have done it right and then brands that haven't done it right. When those brands are constantly changing their story or constantly changing that one thing those are the brands that are least successful.
