The Differences Between Low Intensity Stability and High Intendency Interval Training

Women react a lot better to low intensity steady state cardio than high intensity interval training. Muscle protein synthesis rates do not increase as much in women as in men. In general, I like to prescribe slower training tempos for women than for men.
