When we're in a constant state of stress or worry, anxiety or fear, that takes a huge toll on the mental but physical body as well. The only way you'll be able to do that is if you give yourself a bit of space to recoup. And I know for me personally that when I start like asking questions, sometimes the information that comes to me that's like a negative is equally as valuable as the positive.
