What Is My Core Fear?
The process is like what we would do in CBT where we use specific examples and those examples working them through then leads us to this kind of truth that's always talking to us. We don't identify our core fear by just asking ourselves, okay, what's my core fear in the abstract? Instead, we we pick specific situations and then our answers to those questions about those situations reveal what the fear is. And if we don't really understand that, we're going to miss the mark.
