How to Stick to Identity Based Habits
Once you've internalized a thought or a habit and it's part of your identity, it becomes much easier to stick with. Waking up early is fine but I have this like cardinal rule where I don't cheat myself on sleep. The real issue is the power down ritual and making sure that I go to bed at like say 10 p.m. and sit at midnight. So how might you use the second law, which is make it attractive to combat that? Yeah. Make it attractive is an interesting one because it's mostly about this is early in the conversation.
