Is There a Difference Between 1.2 and 1.6 Grams Per Kilo?

You mentioned before it could be, it is difficult to see if there's a difference between say 1.2 grams per kg and 1.6 with the kind of technical capabilities that exist within the field of science at the moment. I'm assuming that comes down to how sensitive these kind of tools are. You also have mentioned that it gets harder to build muscle as we get older. Do you think given that, given this sort of concept of anabolic resistance, that that protein intake should actually increase on a gram per kg basis? "I don't think there's any studies to really give you a hard answer about that," he said.
