The Benefits of High Frequency Training

High frequency training will help pack muscle on a lagging body part without a doubt, but not forever. If you do 30 or maybe 60 days of high frequency training then if you go back to higher intensity and training that body part just once to twice a week, I think you would see more results. The pump and prime definitely helped, but the hundred band pull-up parts a day, you know, helped as well.
