The Importance of Loading History in Active Abduction
The key thing is that it's a mechanical block because obviously as you if you abduct in the coronal plane the bursals should slide underneath the acromium. Even on patients who have a thick and bursa which again isn't necessarily significant the reality is it will still move underneath theAcromium so once you have an effusion that's big enough um but as a car and sort of underlying the importance of that loading history, they can't actually get to 90 degrees of abduction because the humor head is blocked.
