"Extreme Ownership" is a new book written by former U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class James "Jocko" Johnson about his time in the military and what it was like to be commander of an anti-aircraft missile team during one of many combat tours. He also talks about how he came home from that deployment with two gunshot wounds, but still managed to come out on top. Jocko's story will air at 9 p.m. ET tonight on ABC’s “This Is Life With James ‘Jocko’ Johnson – The Next Generation” (Channel 4).
