How to Use Isometrics to Build Strength

If I'm using isometrics as a way to build strength, you need to use athletes probably three positions on some lift. For more like the big basic, if it's going to be probably three positions. With max effort, they will either burn out too quickly or just use bad mechanics. You can also use isometrics to bulletproof yourself. In which case I would use the isometrics closer to the length and position in the exercise.
