Can You Increase Your Maximum Heart Rate?
As your fitness improves, your aerobic fitness improves, the heart rate is going to drop for the same effort level. So it's a little backwards there, but you're close. And then the second one, I've been doing all Z to work, all endurance work. So I'm relatively fresh and could push harder now. That's a strong possibility. Number three, combination of one and two. But where we're going to go from here is to answer the question, can you increase your maximum heart rate?
