The Effects of Fatigue on Muscle Growth

Bodybuilders often think about fatigue in the aspect of, oh, I got to recover from this workout. And they don't understand that fatigue is existing within the workout itself as well. It's difficult for a myofiberal to produce force if it's not there. We're going to get a reduction in the amount of hypergevory we can stimulate from those workouts that we're doing in a state of fatigue. The approach that we recommend in terms of strength training for bodybuilding is to avoid fatigue as far as possible by using longer rest and heavier loads.
