Instead I'll talk about one of the areas that is often forgotten and that is how you translate the language you are hearing when you speak to customers through into the language you use in your UX writing. If they're feeling alienated by what you say but if you're actually listening you can then use that to really drive a product that feels like it's something that they're having a conversation with. That sort of drives loyalty and understanding and to Diego's earlier point like an affiliation with the brand more than anything else.
