The Benefits of Relaxation

The vagal nerve is one of the mechanisms by which relaxation has profound impact. It's an all-encompassing or almost all encompassing nerve that directly affects heart rate and heart rate variability digestion and and influences respiration so what we know from the research is that high vagal nerve activity reduces the risk of disease low vagal nerveactivity increases the risk of Disease. The mind and body at a cellular and molecular level are constantly neutral and seeing each other in feedback and negative feedback loops I'll add one.
