How to Tap Into Mindful Awareness in Breath Work

The idea is to tap into mindful aware. What does that mean? I think it means tracking the breath. It's just me being mindfully aware of the entire process. And then when the no, little no cognition comes up on the shoulder, the little demon comes up. Pull yourself back every time. The great thing is that the breath is not going anywhere. It's going to happen no matter what. You can always come back to it as an anchor. i've tended to see that for people with anxiety and panic, if introduce that one last component of mindfulness, it can be invaluable, just extremely effective.
