How to Stand Up Product Operations
If you're a startup, you don't need product operations. It's at the point whereby you're seeing patterns of inefficiencies and missing information. So if this is a great opportunity to gather that feedback about what things that people would like to see, what's missing, what's not worked, you can get two for one with that. But it is really as simple as you know, asking people, taking surveys, things like that. There's no magic, it's an economic magic formula to any of this at all.
