We have inner thinking, emotionional reactions and guiding principles. Need to ask somebody, what went through your mind on a certain day, or during a certain week, when you were facing a certain thing? What is that certain thing? This organization wanted to use the word change for certain thing, but change means so much, it's so broad, it is almost too broad to use as a frame. So i think this is the conversation i'm having with them, we're going to go toward like adverse change, or even stressful change. That's not our exterior appearance. That's our interior cognition.
