When i'm working with clients, i'd teach a five part framework to having a sales conversation. And it's interesting to watch people a kind of break it down, like, oh, really? There is a process you can follow. We don't just have to wing it. I there was this really interesting study that they did at princeton where they looked at people's brain waves when they were talking to each other. They found that when people were really connected and had ampathy for each other, their brain waves would sink a bit.
