How to Navigate Injuries and Plan Back During Training
Recovering from a running injury is an active process. Even doing basic strength sessions that might include just a few key movements can make a dramatic difference. If you're able to do that, the rules of thumb I give there or if the pain is a three or less on a one to 10 scale and it doesn't get worse as you go, then you should keep moving in some form.
