What Does the Power Lift Look Like?
Power lifters are renowned for having really strong posterior chains, but not necessarily the strongest in- So in back of the body, muscles on the back. And now it's the traps. No power lifter. They look tightness. I don't know if that's a word, but- Right. Raw. The SBD squat bench deadlift is one way to control barpath and control range of motion. A low bar back squat is to put the bar as far down your back as you can kind of maintain it. You only have to get to just inside a 90 to achieve that.
