The Role of Volunteers in Fostering a Sense of Purpose
A Deloitte survey said 84% of people want to work for an employer that provides meaningful work. 41% say they've left their organization due to its purpose or lack of it. NatWest's volunteering program is one way in which we try and connect our people to purpose. We know there is an expectation for business to play a significant role in the communities in which they operate. And again, a great way of us doing that is really by going in and supporting that next generation.
