I like the idea of Testimonials telling a story that I think it's really to. People share their own stories and if I am a potential customer, those unique stories might resonate with me. If you build a product and if you have one factor that really stands out, the factors can be if the product is really good or you provide great service or support. It probably can have many, many happy customers. For me, I like to ask my customers for Testimonials if I ship anything that they desperately want that's my strategy to collect Testimonials.
