Politeness in a Social Political Intrigue World

I'm going to be reading a lot of politeness theory and really taking that up to 11 in that project which I'm looking forward to as an Australian. Australians kind of have this really really bad inability to read American or British politeness very well. Nepali has like a three or four way depending how you split it politeness distinction where my teacher didn't even teach me the most informal version but she's like "you're a foreigner there's no way you're ever going to need the most informal" That just delights me so muchSo um that's that's where I'm going to really get in the way past my hours for those projects.
