The Importance of Eating a Low Carbohydrate Diet

If you're eating lots of processed foods, and you have all of those healthy metrics. That's great. Keep doing it. There's a good chance you're probably not going to have all that anymore. And the changes that I've seen work best for people are eliminating or reducing carbohydrates and grains and added sugars definitely. Also reducing or eliminating processed foods and going with whole real foods.
