How to Reset Dopamine on a Hangover
Reflecting on a hangover is something majority of the uk do. You can often find that you lean into negative behavior patterns even when you don't feel as bad as you expected to because you are by definition hungover, says Dr Richard Westcott. Dopamine will always return to baseline if it's left if you do nothing it will always come back on its own eventually as long as you're not harming it further.
