Mind Wandering

Mind wandering is one of the first things that we become aware of when you start practising, cause it's so prevalent. When we mind wanderer doing a task, we do perform more poorly. And our capacity to perceive what's in front of us gets diminished when we mind wander. We don't really understand fully yet, though we have some ideas o why it's happening. But i think this is the sort of exciting next a threshold of knowledge regarding mine wandering. I would say the larger bucket for me is something i would describe as others have i spontaneous thought. The brain is a thought pump. It pumps out these things. You can not only do that with meditation but even driving
