Rob: As a sales leader you have to know to be that filter like just because I'm consuming this stuff every morning it's not like I'm sharing every new shiny object with every member of my team. Rob: There is a balance of like as a leader staying plugged in but also knowing how much of that to share with your team so that they don't get overwhelmed the word that comes to my mind is capacity and as a leader we should be saying what am I doing to make sure that we don't just always have to add heads or add effort if we're going to grow.
