The Problem With API Handovers

The edge points here, the connections, I mean, what you're saying works when you have like an all knowing being. But then when it hands over through an API, through something else, or it's putting two and two together by using data, that's when stuff falls over. So how do we get different organisations, different systems, different platforms to be more reliably interconnected in a way that allows things to work? It gives us the opportunity to be the puppet master and help control the puppet a bit and let it know whether stuff's on track or really something they'd never want to do.
