The Supreme Court ruled that actually federal judges do not get to oversee the president's diplomatic negotiations with another country and foreign policy. Justice Barrett wrote a separate dissent that was joined by the justices in the Alito dissent but Justice Barrett said she would not have reached the merits because she didn't believe the court had jurisdiction. In one line by the Chief Justice from his majority opinion he writes under the actual text of the statute Justice Alito's interpretation is practically self refuting.
