One group dieted at a 25 % coloric deficit for six weeks, straigt they had no diet breaks. The other group, the diet breake group, they dieted for two weeks at the same 25% deficit and then took a one week diet break. Then they diet it again for two weeks. Both groups were equal in terms of six weeks of approximately a 25%.
