In an ideal world, in all performance domains, there is access tos somebody or some process whereby performers can develop what i would call a mental skill's framework. I just think sometimes anxiety can come out of nowhere and disrupt whether one has or doesn't have a pre performance routinea. Ande, i think, i agree. I think prevention rather than cure.
