How Do You Get People to Exercise One Minute a Day?
Kisen is a mind sculpture technique that can be used to help people live healthier lives. It's based on the premise that if you close your eyes, imagine yourself lifting weights in the gym, picturing reaching down to lift the weights again,. And when you start moving muscle and not tense, you can feel the breathing increase. You can also use it for sports like running or even going out on a date. In my book i talk about some of the success stories I've seen using this technique with athletes who had injured themselves but recovered faster than anybody dreamed.
