Caffeine is designed to drop a dentacy in the holes, it seems like it's an inhibitor. If you're good to drink caffeine, do it in the early morning. People are usually drinking coffee because they're sleepy in the morning that got to get up and do what they need to do at night. It's not good for people who don't wake up with enough sleep.
