Depression or treatment for depression is basically about increasing neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine. For burnout, though, it's really a state of nervous system exhaustion. Being in nature as much as possible is really helpful. Exercise is also helpful, but that doesn't have to mean running a marathon.
