The number one way in which your devices are probably messing about with your sleep. Especially for teenagers and gen Z's it's a complete disaster in that sense. The simplest thing that I do is that my charger is not in my bedside. So basically if I want a charged phone tomorrow I need to then put my charger right here on this desk where I am. And then go to bed downstairs. This has been the single biggest hack. If at all I mean like he said system more than hack because my charger is always here. But very soon it's your body, your mind, everything adapts to this idea of you preparing for bed. It really helps because you're not worried
