I think it's very important to point out that you have to be the one who sets the boundaries for yourself. I'm terrible when I don't get enough sleep. It then exacerbates and exaggerates all of the bad behaviors because I think when you're low on sleep, you're a bit grumpy. You know, there's that stereotypical adage about you're stuck on the bug. You can't fix the bug. And really it's you who should be looking out for yourself and for your energy.
