There's almost like sleep shaming. Many elderly people, their pattern of sleep changes. I know one person who was getting up at 10 o'clock or whenever they were going to bed late and getting up late. And the neighbor said to them, oh, didn't see your curtains being drawn. You were sleeping in. But isn't it fascinating that we're somewhat judgmental about sleep? It's still part of that. If you're asleep, you can't be working. And therefore by definition, sleep is bad.
