I wouldn't say it's always riskier. It needs to be very thoughtful when you do it, but that's why we might understand why I always say that earlier the corporate development function is going to understand much more of the business than later on. So if you want to hire corporate developers to open the function earlier and immediately give them a deal to deal, the risk you're adding to the deal is pretty high.
