How to Improve Your D Load

Do you guys ever purposely not do some variable of a D load, like, for example, just drop sets or do you ever like keep all the sets and bring the volume down? I really kind of like that analogy. Okay, this is where we're going and then each time you go down that runway, you kind of start to project yourself. Um, if someone has maybe just a slightly better than most work capacity, right, where they average more sets in your usual, then hey, you know, we can keep maybe the total amount of sets,. But yeah, we play around with, with loads a bit more.
