The Benefits of Daily Fasting

Keep in the lunch, having breakfast and dinner and keeping the fast to the say or the nightly fast to about 12 hours. That to me, it's very safe and seems to be very effective. You get lots of benefits from the time you're eating but you don't push yourself to that range that seems to be associated with the short life span.
