The Difference Between Stress and Anxiety

The difference between stress and anxiety is about how we conceptualize it. Fear response tend to be based around sort of a threat, whereas stress tends to be that we've got more to handle than we really have time for. And I think it doesn't really matter if you use a label that matches the label that other people use anyway. There's a great concept called emotion granularity. If you can just find words to describe how you feel, that goes a long way to helping you process those emotions in a healthy way.
