Resiliency is defining yourself by your cause, not your product. Our products and services are some of the things we use to advance our cause. My sense is that that distinction is lost in a lot of organizations. You know, Uber didn't put taxi companies out of business. It's because they got complacent. And when Uber showed up, they didn't improve their product. This is what it means to adapt. If you define yourself by your product, you're probably dead in the water.
