How to Measure Your Body Composition
There are more accurate ways that are typically reserved for research or for professional athletes like a dexascan. If you have your body composition under control you're at a good starting point maybe checking up on it once to twice a year would be helpful but then if you're trying to actively change it maybe upwards of three times yeah would be helpful.
