Hypertrophy and the Number of Sets Performed

The number of hard sets is a better way to equate training if you're interested in hypertrophy outcomes. If the load gets below about 30 percent of one rat max, it seems like hypertrophy on a perset basis starts dropping off as well. So for really, really low rup stuff o here, probably thinking triples and belowa you probably mead to do more sets to get similar hypertrophic outcomes to higher up training.
