What Kind of Skill Gaps Are You Capable Of?

There are a couple of kinds of skill gaps I can think about. One is a specific technology like iOS or image processing. Or it could also be someone very experienced, more experienced than me perhaps but he has become only a people manager for the last five to eight years and he has forgotten everything technically. The third case of a skill gap might be more of a market thing if a American company wants to set up an India office. How do I help them hire? How does hiring work in India? You know, how do I advise them on some of the cultural issues and how do you work effectively with Americans as opposed to Indians?"
