Are You Over Consistent With Power Hill Strides?

Power hill strides are a fundamental part of how we coach um. We'll give athletes four by 20 seconds, six by 20 seconds,. Six by 30 second power hill strides. And after athletes get used to doing them on hills, and hills have a little bit less impact forces in the body. So it's a great way for an athlete to adapt to them without having the injury risk.
